            Came to taylor ford to fix a problem with my steering which required ******* to fix. After expensive service my vehicle "developed a new issue" personnel continued to correct what I was speaking of to side step the issue. My horn no longer worked. The push button on the steering column was the location of the issue. I was told by the service manager that they had nothing to do with the new issue. I see this on other complaints. The dealership is in possession of my vehicle, and then a horn issue just happens? Manager said he would waive the diagnostic fee. But the rest is up to me. Nasty, disrespectful, and condescending. Why would I let them break something else? Also, alignment was necessary, vehicle returned off alignment. Had to return vehicle for correction. I will never go back there or purchase a vehicle from them. This dealership's service department should be investigated for shady business practices.

            The whole service department is a mess. The service manager **** is the worst person to deal with there. After many issues with fixing my car, **** began cussing at me when I tried to pick my car up. In the midst of his swearing left and right he told me to never come back there. As a loyal customer to ******************** for over 10 years, I surely won't be now! Horrible customer service! I recommend ANY other **** dealership if you want to be treated fairly and with respect.Edit to add:Part 2: After Taylor Ford replaced my shocks "in goodwill" they proceed to tell me my brake pads and rotors are DESTROYED and it'll be $500 and some change to fix. We deny repairs and I took my vehicle to two separate, unrelated mechanics and they both told me the brake pads and rotors were in perfectly fine condition. I then asked my mechanic to price me out how much it would be to replace shocks on my car.... and it was $500 and some change.Now Taylor Ford is straight up LYING to their customers and Im assuming trying to reimburse themselves for any "good will" work they do.Untrustworthy service department at Taylor Ford.
