I traded in my 2020 **** F-150 on March 13th, 2023 and as of today my trade-in still has not been paid off. The last I spoke with the sales manager ***** on Friday April 28th, 2023. He advised me that an electronic payment was sent to ****. I followed up with **** yesterday and they advised that they never received a payment. Due to this issue I am currently making the payments myself. Ive been patient with trying to give the dealership a chance to resolve the issue but this has been going on too long and apparently is affecting 100 others that are in the same situation. Stay far away from this dealership if you dont want to be stuck paying 2 car payments or with messed up credit.

As a customer who left a deposit on a vehicle, I expected to be treated with professionalism and respect. I waited patiently for two weeks for the dealership to obtain the "title", which I found a little strange since I have never heard of this in all the cars I have purchased in the past. During this time, I made repeated attempts to contact the salesperson named ********************* through phone calls and emails, but he claimed not to have heard from me and even stated he was out of town. Despite this, I still trusted ****** because he kept boasting about how their dealership has 52 stores & sold me on all the typical salesman rhetoric. As an out-of-state customer, I coordinated and paid for an auto transport company to deliver the vehicle to me during this period of waiting.However, the situation took a turn for the worse when ****** informed me that the vehicle was no longer on hold for me per the ** because I had missed one call while getting an MRI done and let me remind you that I waited 2 weeks. I had only missed one call and immediately returned it. ****** claimed he had been trying to contact me through other means, but I have all texts and emails saved to show that there were no further correspondence. ****** then claimed he couldn't send me emails and had his IT guy look into it, which, per ******, is the "best IT guy" even though I had been receiving emails all day as it was my work email.Additionally, I expressed interest in another vehicle that had just become available on their site, but ****** told me it had already been sold. However, I received texts from him that the vehicle was still available, without him realizing it was me and again they are waiting for the "title". I can only conclude that they never had the truck or that they never intended to sell to me since I was from out of state and they couldn't get me in the dealership to try to sell me on another vehicle. This is a typical bait and switch from dealerships.

BUYER BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM SUBURBAN CHRYSLER ****************!!!!I purchased a certified pre-owned SRT vehicle from this dealer and have had THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I have ever had ... They sold me a call at full re-sale price, to find out the very next day that the car was leaking oil, and HAD A BAD REAR DIFFERENTIAL!!! They clearly failed to do a thorough inspection before selling the car to me, and didn't disclose this to me (out-of-state buyer)... Then bring the issue to their attention, AND NOT ONCE did they apologize for my incovenience time and unfortunate purchase situation - EVEN SUGGESTING THAT I DID SOMETHING WRONG TO CAUSE THE ISSUE haha!! Unbelievable... I gave the salesman, the sales manager AND the ** every chance to apologize, and to try to make the situation right.. being told that the ** (*******************) would call me to discuss... its been 2 weeks of me trying to contact them about this and no returned phone call... They do not care about you as the customer, and after the sale is done - you are no longer their interest or problem. Really, really horrible business practices, and in 2023, I just cannot believe that dealerships can get away with this behavior. PLEASE do yourself a favor and never use these guys, unless you want to get ripped off and left out to dry. Horrible place of business

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. some things everyone should know ahead of time before purchasing a used vehicle from them.They charge the buyer of the vehicle a $200 cleaning fee for all their vehicles.They charged me $254 dollars for paperwork for title registration etc.I am out of state for them and theyre processing company is now 60+ days in processing my title and registration. Come to find out they didnt file the correct paperwork all along.I am currently in a beautiful Dodge Challenger that I do not have a title a registration plates or tags in.I asked for me fees back credited towards my loan. They refused because that cant be done.Then I got a call this afternoon from the loan company asking me where the title is.I feel completely abandoned in the name of a quick sale.

This dealer is untrustworthy. In the last 35 years, I have bought several cars from various dealership. This is the worst. We bought a used Jeep that had a crack in the windshield. He said it will be fixed not to worry. But then kept on giving one excuse after the other. Most of them turned out to be false. All the pomp and posh is a facade for deceit. Avoid this dealer.
