I paid 12k for a 2015 ***** equinox LT and a week later I replaced the fuel pump in the engine, another week after that I had it towed to a mechanic on ******* and *******, where they changed the other fuel pump and had to replace one of my belts, because is can't afford five grand for a new engine..They sold me a lemon and that is completely unacceptable, but there's nothing I can do about it....

Are they stupid or corrupt? I asked 3 different people there what the "Special offer" is as advertised on one of their vehicles for sale. No one is willing or able to answer the question.

Worst group of people Ive ever had to deal with, from the service tech all the way to the manager. Made me instantly regret getting a brand new car from them and when s*** happened to that brand new with the dealer/manufacturer at fault, they still fought me tooth and nail on the problem and made me pay for it cuz *************************** said we wouldnt make a mistake like that and we would of caught it when it arrived from the factory

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you're not buying a GM car they treat you like s*** Can't get in touch with the manager ******. The other manager **** *****. I bought a 2020 jeep compass from them 3/16, my sales Guy was ***. Today makes TWO weeks since I bought this car and it's already on its SECOND problem. I was lied to about the car being clean, the car was never detailed. It was left the same way the previous owner turned it in but I let that slide. The start/stop option was broken when I test drove the car, so I had to come back to Moran which is almost an hour away from me, take off a day off work to get the battery replaced. I sat at the dealership for over five hours and within that time frame the wrong battery was delivered. The correct battery eventually arrived and was placed in my car but the car kept reading battery charging start/stop unavailable. I was told by the tech that after I make it home it should be off, WRONG. I had to get help from someone else to get it to work. Yesterday I noticed a new sound. I called **** and told him what's going on. He said since I didn't purchase a warranty I would be responsible for this problem. I asked if the car was inspected before I bought it and he said yes. I don't get how a car could pass inspection with a dead battery, bad struts and a sway bar link. I went to a metro Detroit shop today and they told me $400. This is my third time buying from a dealership and this is the first time I'm 100% disappointed. Buying a car is stressful and moran didn't do anything but add to my problems and now they're avoiding me.
