      Traded a lease vehicle 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Golling Chrysler in June 2019. They never paid off the lease, it now shows on my credit as voluntary repossession. The $2800 balance was rolled into my new lease (2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee). Did not realize vehicle was not paid off until I attempted to purchase a home in 2023. Call Golling spoke to ***** (asst dealer manager) in Sept 2023. Claimed he is working on the issue. To date I have not received an update and its still showing on our credit as voluntary repo. Golling has not been able to provide proof that funds weee transferred to Ally for payoff.

      Received x98 warranty extension 15yr/150k in the mail asking us to bring in our 2016 Caravan in for repair if we experience issues w/ our doors not opening. Weve purchased 2 new vehicles from Golling in West Bloom field dealer, so we went here for our repair, which was covered under x98 warranty. Either they misdiagnosed the problem or just didnt want to do the repair-charged us $155 for the diagnosis. ********************************* (service advisor) repairman *********************** claimed it was the latch and not the covered warranty repair. We were told $982 would be needed for the latch repair then the actuator would be covered under warranty because they couldnt open the doors. We went to order the part from Mopar & found out the **************** come as a unit. Went back to the dealership and they are selling them for $155. Seemed odd the part cost the exact amount we paid for telling us the misdiagnosis. So we called customer service for help-told us to just take the Caravan to another dealership and theyd help us get our refund if they misdiagnosed the repair. *************** ************************* @Golling also assured ** a refund after the repairs were done at another dealership and actually covered under the x98 warranty. Returned with all of my proof after the repairs and both doors working-didnt give me the refund. **************** told me we cant make them pay you. Its Not about the money or lies-its more about lack of accountability and disrespect for customers plus our time. How do the people that work for Golling sleep at night knowing that kids can get trapped in these vans that they are misdiagnosing but taking peoples money then turning them away. The Latch and Actuator work and sold as one unit. Thats like selling a battery without battery terminals. I wish the company would do more than just extend the warranty to 15years 150k miles. I wish the company would certify certain dealerships that can properly diagnose these doors & really want to help fix the problem.

        We had already reached out to the customer before receiving this. We had offered the customer to bring the vehicle back in for us to recheck the vehicle since it was back in Feb of ************************************************************** to us and took it somewhere else. We never lied to the customer and explained that to him and gave proof to him that the latch can be sold separately from the actuator and vice versa.  We as a goodwill gesture, would refund him his diagnosis charge from back in Feb of 2022 of $155.00. We sent the customer a copy of the check and the check went out in today's mail 9/7/2023. The customer says we resolved this to his satisfaction.
