    at the end of april i went to get my car done cause i had a warranty call on it and they asked if i wanted an oil change as well at the hyundai in ****. they gave me an oil change (which i have my papers stating they did), changed my tires, tried to fix my lights which went out the next day, and an all around alignment. 2 weeks later my car stops on me while im going 40 mph. apparently i had no oil at all in my car and i could no longer drive it. i called to let the manager know what happened and to see if i could get my car in asap due to them saying i got an oil change but obviously didnt. the manager said theres nothing he could do for me because its like going to the doctors and then telling you youre fine and 2 days later youre sick which is a horrible analogy. i asked how long it would take for them to fix it and they said 2 months which is ridiculous due to it being their fault. i only drive my car back n forth from work cause i work 12 hour shifts so i hardly ever drive my car. he told me i have to go somewhere else so i take it to the dealership in new hudson because they said it will only take 1-2 weeks. i had my car towed out there and i came in the next day and the guy took all of my info down and said 1-4 weeks. i said okay. i called 2 days ago to see the status of my car and i didnt receive a call back so i called again and again and again just for them to keep saying they will have someone call me. today i finally received a call back just for them to tell me they havent even done a diagnostic on it and its week 4 already! i told them i already had a diagnostic done and the papers are on my passenger seat but they said they have to do one there. i asked for a replacement car or a rental and they said they dont have any. i said what about the people that got their cars back and are returning the dealership cars. the guy said unfortunately we cant do anything for you. i just need my car and they dont understand!!! all documents are in my car.

    If I could give zero stars that would be my rating. Today March 5, 2022 I just had the worst experience at Feldman Hyundai dealership. My visit was prompted by my wife having an interest in the Genesis **** For this reason, I drove my wifes current vehicle to the dealership with the intention of being prepared to negotiate if necessary. I was not familiar with the vehicle since we have been loyal GM owners. So, after much investigation I decided to see the vehicle in person. I arrived and was promptly greeted by a sales associate but he had customers and redirected me to another sales associate. This individual was very personable. Immediately took me out to the vehicle and shared insightful information. I was impressed with what I saw and heard. This is where this dealership fell flat on their face. Being impressed with the vehicle I asked the sales person if the used car manager was there since I wanted to see what my trade value would be. The sales person did the job of gathering pictures and the necessary information on the car. I was invited to have a seat while they spoke to the Used Car manager. Five minutes later the sales person came back and said. The manager said you should go to KBB and get that number. I said, What do you mean? They said, I dont know why he is saying this but he is not going to look at it. I was floored. So, I went to this used car manager myself and said you dont want to sell me a car? He stated, used car values change every day so you need to check there. I said but wait, Im here now. He then stated, well my salesperson said you werent ready to buy a car today. I said dont blame it on the sales person this is your mistake. I never told the sales person that I was not buying a car today. I was actually impressed and I am able to pay cash for that vehicle. that car could have been gone Monday morning. You made an assumption without getting all the information.
