I am trying to get a response from ************************* ************ about warranty and repair information on a sidelight that is cracked. I purchased new windows and doors for my entire house about 18 months ago from ******** Replacement and ************ **** (***************** ************) I purchased Pella Windows and the door style I decided on (French double doors with custom sidelights to fit the original opening) were ultimately provided by Sierra ******* and Mountain Window Specialties. I had a long wait time for manufacturing and delivery and the doors were finally installed Oct 2021. In May 2022, one of the sidelights shattered after being hit with a rock and I have been trying to contact both **** and Rod to find out what I need to do to have it replaced. It was an R3 window so I'm guessing I need to have the whole assembly ( doors and sidelights) remade and replaced since part of the delay in install was having to weld the sidelights to the doors. Because they need to be R3 rated (southern exposure) I do not want to just have the window pane reglazed without the proper insulation.I am just looking to see if 1. There is any warranty coverage 2. What the repair options are 3. Do we need to replace the whole assembly or can they just change out the sidelight 4. What a cost estimate will be I have attached the same pictures I have sent to both companies.Thank you for your help!****
