              The date was September 9th I was told over the phone that a tech would come out and look at the problem, I would be charged $69 for them to look at the problem. If they did the job, the fee would be waived. The guy who came in did not event try to figure out the issue just said I would be charged $353 for them to snake my drain. When I asked if that did not fix the problem, since he did not even try to see what the issue was, would I still be charged again for them to figure it out or to snake it again. His response was "It's not our problem if its not fixed you still owe, we do not guarantee anything."I thought that was weird and called the office, I was then told. "If you call about the same job and it still is not fixed after they do the job, they would come out and see what is wrong at no charge to me." I said OH ok that sounds more reasonable. I then tell the guy in my home this and he storms out, owner calls says they will not fix if they s**** up, but wants me to pay $69.......

              ***** was personable and did an amazing job fixing my main line pipe. He explained his process and made sure I knew what to expect. 100% recommend and will use him again for future projects around the house!
