was sold a car that had engineissueswithin a week of purchasing the vehicleit was in the shop. I was told it was un-fixable. I was also under a19,000$ contract. The shop owner was trying to get the bank to approve the loan faster than normal before I was able to return thecar. scam please don'tgive them any money

**************** was not actually the buyer of this vehicle. So, I'm not sure that legally, she can make this claim. This vehicle was purchased by her son ***************************. He financed the vehicle, had a warranty for the vehicle and drove the car for 12 days. **************** called our dealership about 37 times on her son's behalf about a week after purchase stating the the car was making a strange noise from the engine and was undriveable. We attempted to help her by sending her to a GWC preferred service provider Christian ********* We tried several times to help her by walking her through the warranty process, but she chose to go about it by herself and chose to take the car to another mechanic shop. After 12 days the customer refused to provide us with stipulations for the loan (copy of new drivers license) which was promised at the time of sale, so we unwound the car and charged bailment for use of the car per the law in CO. His down payment was less than the bailment that was owed, so we discounted the bailment and took it out of his down payment of $1000. She was very upset, that we charged bailment, and yelled, screamed and threatened the employees at Select Auto Group as she was leaving. We could also hear her screaming obscenities', and filming something on her camera out of the window as she pulled away from the dealership. We could here her from inside the closed building. Again, ****** purchased a vehicle as-is, with an extended warranty that would have covered any issue that he had. We told both ****** and his Mom **************** that several times, yet they chose to make this situation worse than it had to be. It appears that there may have never been an intent to purchase the vehicle as *************************** refused to provide his updated drivers license so that we could process the loan documents. So, we had no choice but to unwind the deal.

This is a joke Im not the only customer saying that ******************** auto is selling lemon vehicles stop with all the lies.. they try to put my son in a $19,000 contract on a vehicle that had mechanical issues it literally broke down seven days after purchasing it ..The car stopped working literally a week after he purchased it. Im over this company. The company is sloppy and shouldnt be authorized to sell vehicles in the *****************
