The business specializes in selling Solar Energy Products and their website advertises an address of 1501 W Tufts Ave Suite 208 Englewood, CO. 80110. Consumers have reported ordering products from Solaris Technology Industry, Inc. that are not delivered as promised and they have been unable to speak with a business representative regarding delivery and refunds.
On July 29, 2021, BBB reached out to Solaris Technology Industry, Inc. regarding the consumer complaints and we received the following response:
“We are primarily a virtual company and have had a tough year with suppliers not performing due to Covid. We are aggressively working through our internal issues, and agree that our customer performance recently has not been up to our high standards. You may note that before Covid we had little or no complaints and only 5 star ratings and positive customer feedback. We are looking at bringing on more staff or altering staff responsibilities so that we can be more responsive, but unfortunately we rely on our shipping and fulfillment partners who have been failing. We are working on identifying and replacing those providers who have become unreliable. We plan to have this process completed within the next 90 days.”
