            Ordered a 4 piece GenStone product and noticed box items were shipped in seemed to be too small. Opened box and found two pieces of product cracked and the rest of the pieces would not match up to install on a small patio wall. Merchant was contacted through Amazon and pictures were sent of shipping box, damaged product and product numbers sent. The response from the merchant initially was we will replace anything until I sent the pictures of the 2 damaged pieces. Then they offered to replace only the two pieces and not offer any refunds. If I shipped anything back the GenStone they were going to charge me shipping. Note that the product was shipped in the wrong box by their own admission and two of the items were damaged.

            I don't think, I know that this a very reputable company, I contacted the company and I was honored to work with ****** ********** I gave him my dimensions and he caculated the materials I needed,received them when promised. was short materials due to my error, called and requested what I needed. Had to return some pieces due to changes I made, he was very willing to except the items back with no question asked! could not have dealt with a more honest person! I highly recommend this company, if i could i would give them 10 stars based on the way ************************ worked with me!!! Thank you ********************* the product is nice had to do a lot of cuts due to my project. for me it was time consuming but well worth it, would buy it again!
