      My business account number with ******************** is #*******. I have ordered from Church Partner numerous times in the past, have personally spoken with ***** about store items, and have never had any problems until now. I ordered two (2) cases of 7 day devotional insert candles case of 12, item #**-TS927 on Wednesday, January 17, ****, at 03:52:47 pm and the funds were withdrawn from my bank account the very next day on Thursday, January 18, ****, in the amount of $101.47. I have not received my order #******. Whenever I call, which is daily, you are greeted by different messages, there are several; example 1: Hello, you reached Church Partner after hours. If you like to leave a message, please press zero and we will return your call as soon as possible. Thank you. Have a Blessed Day You cannot leave any messages, due to the mailbox is full or you pressed 0, which is a wrong option, and you are disconnected. Also, I have sent an email on Sunday, January 27, ****, at 3:19 pm to Church Partner and to no avail have I received a response.

      I Placed an order with them in October. Every time I call to have an update as to the status of the items, I immediately am transferred to a voicemailbox saying that all representatives are buy. Then asked if I care to leave a message press two. That mailbox says the same thing.....and on and on it goes until you either leave a message(which is NEVER returned)or you get so frustrated that you hang up. I can't begin to tell you the number of times I have done this. I believe this is just a con company. I don't believe they even exist. They just take your money and let you sit frustrated. They certainly are no partner of my church. How pitiful.

      First, allow me to apologize for any inconvenience this customer might have experienced. We are short staffed and we are constantly on the phone with customers. I must say, though, that I am at a loss as to why there was a concern about this order. The order was placed on October 18 via the phone and the order was shipped the next day and delivered on October 20. So, the customer received his order quickly. We have been servicing churches and other non-profit organizations for 28 years and are very legitimate in all aspects of our operations. I don't know why the customer wrote this review 6 weeks after receiving his order. I do believe that we need to look at what might be happening with our voicemail system as we try very hard to return all calls as quickly as possible. I would like to have a conversation with this person to get a better understanding of his frustration so we can better serve our customers and learn from any negative experience they have had from something we have, or have not, done.
