I am a property manager for two apartment buildings. About two months ago, *** started missing trash pickups on a weekly basis. I called nearly every week. At this time, *** has not picked up the trash in the last three weeks. I have canceled service and entered into a contract with another trash company. But I do not know how to get *** to pick up the dumpster, or the three weeks of trash that has accumulated. I call on a daily basis, but they do not pick up their phones. I have contacted *** to find out where to deliver their dumpster. My next step is to contact a moving company and have them move the *** dumpster to them. Then I will file a legal action in small claims court to recover the costs. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.Review from Lawrence H.

This company is absolutely the worst to deal with. They continue to be in breach of contract. They make excuses for failing to service their customers. We are a *********************** and GFL has not just missed a pickup once in a while - they miss for consecutive pickups. They have not collected in over a week, missing 4 in a row. If you are looking for a reputable vendor DO NOT engage GFL!Review from Michael M

We had a great company (Tri-Lakes Disposal) before GFL purchased the competition...now the service is terrible. They miss days, they are late...not dependable.Review from Renee J

They have not picked up my trash that was suppose to be picked up on Thursday 7/14/2022. I called 3 times on Thursday, once on Friday 7/15/2022 and twice on Monday 7/18/2022 and my very smelly trash still has not been picked up. They have the worst service here in ********. I feel like the trash person picked and chose which trash cans to dump. They have said several times they would be out to pick up. Still a no show since last Thursday. I have to call everyday to get status. They keep telling me someone will be out but its another no show. If I get a fine from my HOA, they will be paying for it.Review from Dave H

ACQUIRED TRI-LAKES IN ********. RAISED THE ***** AND FAILED TO PICKUP ON THE DELAYED HOLIDAY SCHEDULE. NO NOTICE. BEARS DESTROYED CONTENTS - ALL OVER THE ROAD.Service has gone to ****....Will go to another company as soon as possible.......Review from Howard F

Made several calls regarding curbside yard waste pick up. Promised several times they would be out to pick up. Still a no show since last Thursday. I have to call everyday to get status. They keep telling me someone will be out but its another no show.Review from John D

As an employee here, Ive seen a lot of ways this company is ok with F*****g over their employees and not even thinking twice about it. They were offering a, sign on bonus when I was hired, but apparently in the fine print, they have found ways to not pay it. After half a year of working there I will not receive a ***** of the bonus and it is only possible if you never miss a day, or do anything wrong. This company is not transparent at all and management from top to bottom has no clue what they are doing and are not even trying. I would not recommend this place for employment to my worst enemy.Review from William W

GFL is not customer service oriented. I called to make payment. They told me the system was down. You heard loud unprofessional voices in the background. The rep ***** as though she was in the car. She said she would call me back and never did, so I called her back approximately 6 hours later, she told me system was still down. I called back the next week, a rep insisted that their system was never down. Even though on a regular basis they would not pick- up our trash, we continued to be loyal customers. Bottom line because of THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, they ended up canceling our service, due to non-payment.Review from John F

It has been over a month since they have dumped the trash in the dumpster next to my townhome
