The proposed repairs do not adequately address the deficiencies noted in my Final Determination Report. As indicated in the report, portions of the work were not inspected as required, were identified as improperly installed during my inspection, or were noted as deficient in prior inspections and not re-inspected as required. Additionally, some of the deficiencies addressed in Paulinas message appear to be the result of poor-quality workmanship (The wrinkles shown on the roof are from lack of heat; All of the pipes need to be reflashed as stated and will be taken care of. As well as the skylight in the front.; As far as the peeling on the flashings, those flashings are required to be primed, so that will be completed, and the cap sheet will adhere properly with added heat.).
