Orson Hill Realty is a different kind of luxury and high end home real estate company that employs a different kind of Realtor.  Our first standard is that the Realtors we hire must be extremely ethical. That is high standard of ethics towards their customers as well as other real estate agents. We believe that the ethical standards of or brokers is the most important thing for a Realtor to have. We specify an ethics to clients and fellow brokers. Being ethical towards clients is pretty self explanatory. The reason also stress and demand our agents and brokers to be ethical to other brokers is simple but unfortunately not always observed by other real estate brokerage firms. At Orson Hill Realty our belief is that our agents and brokers Orson Hill Realtyshould have a high standard of ethics towards everyone they meet. We believe people should always treat people the way they wish to be treated. In professional and personal situations alike.

Orson Hill Realty also understands the importance of an online presence and the best technology for our buyers as well as our sellers. We know that most buyers find their new home online. That is through their own personal website as well as our main brokerage website (the one you are reading this on now). We also push all of our listings out to a huge amount of directories and real estate websites. For buyers our technology is important because in this fast paced real estate market you need to be notified immediately when a home becomes available on the MLS (Our multiple listing service). You can also do a very detailed home search through our portal that is updated multiple times a day to have the newest and freshest information on homes being listed, sold and going under contract. You can also have many different parameters set on your search from price to horse properties or luxury and high end homes.

All Orson Hill Realty agents and brokers are local and love their community. We strive to keep our hands on the pulse of the community by being involved in every aspect of the area. We volunteer, have open houses, work at our schools and local sporting events.
