      I have experienced predatory rental withholding of my security deposit by a property manager, Premier Realty. After reading their online reviews, *********************************************************************************************************, I prepared myself for what appears to be serial behavior of withholding deposits.I spent over $500 having the property professionally cleaned/yard care taken care of and I took photographs of everything with timestamps. I received an email from the property manager claiming the property was not cleaned or maintained. I responded with timestamped pictures of everything in immaculate shape. I received no response and then received a check and invoice deducting $449.35 out of my $1,750 security deposit for the same things I proved were completed. They also invented other charges (ex. $25 to remove a plastic clip, or $175 to remove debris near a garage that I never touched or accessed). I received this check/invoice on the last day they are legally required to remit my deposit.It's clear based on their online reviews that I am not alone, and that they do this to nearly every tenant they rent to. I also made it apparent with timestamped written record how negligent the landlord was, not responding to serious house issues (such as part of the ceiling caving in) and notifications of inoperable appliances.All I desire from them is my full security deposit, but in truth I feel obligated to report them as predatory property managers so that anyone else looking to rent from them in the future either stays away or feels protected from joining the other rental victims of Premier Realty. They clearly rely on small tenants not having the time or resources to take them to small claims court. I am happy to share our email correspondence that support what I have claimed in this report.

      This company has done business with my company off and on for a few years and each time we part ways because Premier does not want to pay for services rendered.************************* is unprofessional and refuses to pay our company when our cleaners have spent hours cleaning his properties.His average review on YELP is 1.5, no wonder, he is bad to tentants and vendors alike.If you are a tenant or a vendor do not do business with this company.

      When you don't clean the properties and send bills for services not rendered how can you expect the invoices to be paid? All your invoices will be paid in full. My mistake was in continuing to use your services.
