    This is the WORST property management team we have ever encountered in both of our lives. Where do we begin? They have harassed ** since the day we moved in, charge ** for tiny repairs the house needed before we moved in, and continually bother us even though we are dream tenants and our rent is exorbitant. They have screamed at us, cried, and have been absolutely rude.*************************, the Property Manager, is the leader of this team of bad news bears. They are disorganized, irresponsible, careless and ineffective. They take weeks and weeks to reply when repairs are needed (and only after constant calls and emails), and then make the repairs begrudgingly. And the last time it snowed, instead of emailing us with a gentle reminder to shovel our driveway, she hired a lawyer (and made us pay for it) and threatened to EVICT us. For not shoveling. Once. We are demanding $140 back for two times they hired a lawyer to post an eviction notice on our door instead of emailing us. They also refuse to allow us to receive mail at this home we are renting for one year - which is against federal law. We are demanding they refund us $100 for having to rent a mailbox. They have made renting this home a nightmare. Regardless, we are still treating it with respect and care.

    I'm writing to file a complaint on Peaks to Plains about an issue that was compundeed by their help. I am still dealing with shock and disbelief, so it has taken me several months to post a review. I was helping a friend, as a POA, to get a property manager to help us get rid of a tenant, legally. That was the whole thing. I do feel bad about the situation and how it turned out, but we were given information on ways to get the tenant out in illegal manners, that I was not aware of at the time and which they had committed also. I could be sitting in jail and paying 10s of thousands of dollars for the illegal activity to get her out. The lawyer they gave us, was often not available and blamed the owner and I for the bad behavior and still billed us the 100 dollars for nothing at all whatsoever. Peaks to Plains told the owner that they didn't make money either, so the liability was on him and they quickly let us out of our contract to save their *****, while the lawyer charged a fraudulent fee, for doing nothing and permitting bad advice on a legal matter. One of the people we were dealing with through them could also be sitting in jail. I wish it would have gone better, but they are not experienced and the communication lagged, saying one thing to the owner and another to me.
