Extremely disappointed with my experience. I shouldn’t have been impressed by the celebrity pics, and should have asked more questions, and that’s on me. Everything went smoothly before my surgery, perhaps because I paid upfront and I didn’t ask too many questions and just wanted to get it done and over with, but it was terribly disheartening the way that I was treated once I had questions a few months after surgery. I wasn’t even able to finish my sentence when Dr. G******* scurried out of the room and refused to address my concerns with regard to collapse of my nostril after he removed too much cartilage. From my understanding, there’s no way to know this has happened until after you’ve healed. My issue is not necessarily with the outcome of the surgery, but more so with how it was handled. Before my surgery, my calls were always returned promptly by the office staff. After, not so much. After many attempts to express my concerns on the outcome of the surgery, I was given the opportunity to meet with Dr. C******, as I was not comfortable returning to Dr. G*******. During this visit, Dr. C****** acknowledged the collapse, and indicated that a revision surgery would be the best course of action, and quickly referred me back to Dr. G*******. If you are looking for integrity, knowledge, experience, skill and compassion in a cosmetic surgeon, keep on looking because you won’t find one here! BUYER BEWARE!!!
