Great experience. Honestly, my sale's person name *** kept me updated on when my car was going to arrived. He was completely honesty with me about my car and everything that came with it. Overall, this was a great experience and I would definitely come back to get another car from this dealership.Review from Greg B

These guys perform a shoddy tire service and are THIEVES!!!!! My wife took her RAV4 in and they coaxed her into buying some new tires. Each tire was filled to 55psi, the tire warning was on before she left and remained on until I went out and released air to the correct pressure. They left the Service Required notification each time the car is started. No new maintenance appt or sticker. Then on top of it all, she left them a review about the situation and even called but they did nothing to fix the situation. The notification is still on... And furthermore this is the third set of ********************* tires rated at ****** miles they have sold her on a car with ****** miles. She is 63 and drives slowly. THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Review from Dana R

Went to look at a specific used vehicle, test drove it and decided to purchase. Told sales guy I was paying cash, he pulled my credit report!! Had no right and reason to do so!! After waiting 10 days for check to clear I get a text saying " is it okay to cash check?" It has been sitting there for 10 days to have cleared. When I call to talk to the so called manager, what a piece of work he is! Could not get a word in and he hung up on me! Called back and spoke to the sales manager and again could not get a word in and they keep saying I am not listening, they are supposed to listen to the CUSTOMER and they should SHUT UP and listen!! WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN WHAT A JOKE THOSE PEOPLE ARE!!!!Review from Angela W

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RACIST. I feel they dont think black people have good credit. They knew I was on a tight schedule only in town for a week. Sales associate called said they had a RAV4 vehicle for me. Test drove, agreed to price and put deposit down during lunch break. Told them I already had financing with credit union they said I need a form to take to the credit union; but when I contacted credit union said they didnt need a form just come pick up check. After work since dealership was on the way to the credit union stopped at dealership to retrieve the form wasted 20 minutes NO FORM trying to get me to get their financing. They insisted I come back tonight to sign documents after getting the check even though cars have been just sitting on their lot. When I came back a couple hours later now they want to pull credit supposedly to prove its me. My drivers license, social security card nor passport would suffice (all government issued ids). They said only a credit pull would verify its me and its their companys policy. Feel like it was a racially motivated and a huge waste of my time. When I said I didnt want credit pulled in the beginning thats when it should been stated that credit must be pulled per policy. ***** buy and wont buy from them.****************Review from Andrew C

Purchase was 2022 June 1st Toyota Tacoma blue manual dream truck. Well where do we start sales *** was great awesome communication along with just following up with me every step of the way. Now for the finance department (manager). **** disrespectful false promises did not wanna work with me once they found out I was financing elsewhere. One of the worst experiences for a first time car buyer to have to go through. Reached out to corporate to address the situation follow day location manager reached out to speak of the situation we talked and from my understanding worked things out. I explained how I just wanted to buy the vehicle I have the money I had the approval all that was in my way was the fight back they gave me. Who would have thought if you had a sale why make it so difficult I wasn't going anywhere else I wanted that truck. Our discussion wasn't to take thousands off or this or that we agreed upon ***************************** a check and sent out. May 8th *********************************************************************************************************************************** out of there my mistake was to take his word (and handshake) and not get something written. Still love my truck, but would never recommend Mountain States Toyota to anyone.Review from Terena G

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They messed around with our deal. Would not give us updates about our approval. Low balled us on our trade. After walking away we got an email asking how we liked our new vehicle. We NEVER bought a vehicle from them and never will.Review from Karen H

What a joke of a dealership. They like to send you home with a vehicle then call you two days later saying error on financing info. When you press the issue, to what error? They change it and insult you saying you made an error on the stating of your income. Then they admit they made the error. They then demand pay stubs and proof your a full time employee. I offered to provide the info and then finance states Toyota financing would not approve the loan. I put $500 down for the prep of the vehicle overseas. I waited a month for delivery. Was told I couldn't pick it up, that I had to wait a week while the one and only tech returned for vacation to computer input the Supra. I was given a loaner while the week passed. I finally pick it up, complete paperwork, make 1st month payment and $5000 down. Total $5398.00. ONLY TO BE CALLED TO RETURN THE VEHICLE DUE TO THE INCOMPETENCE OF FINANCING, MANAGEMENT AND SALESMAN MATHEMATICS AND POOR BUSINESSMANSHIP !! WARNING DO NOT CAR SHOP AT MOUNTAIN STATES TOYOTA !!Review from Robert B.

I found the vehicle I wanted, a ************* on their website. Upon further lengthy inquiry via texting, I agreed to purchase it at their full price. I referred to the Vin and Stock numbers specifically per their website. Later, I was told that they did not have the vehicle advertised.Review from hector q

Took my vehicle in for a warranty bumper repair and the service location broke my sensor. I called right away and let them know, the next time I went in they said it had been too long and wouldn't cover anything.I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership for anything. I suggest finding a different dealership to get your service and new car purchases done.
