              Failed to disburse my insurance payment from escrow in a timely manner, so I asked to remove insurance from escrow. Next, they told me that they wouldn't be able to remove it from my bill because it needed to be reviewed for 5-7 days for some reason. Then, once reviewed, it would take 30 days to actually apply, meaning that I would have to pay insurance out of pocket AND pay for it through escrow for 2 months. Get this - I changed insurance providers so they don't even know who to send it to (I'm refinancing with another lender). They're literally trying to collect escrow that will never be disbursed because they conveniently want to take 37 days to complete my request. They also told me that if I pay less than the full amount, they won't even apply it to my balance, so it's not like I can just avoid this by not paying it. I'm refinancing with another lender, but I'd like not to have to pay them money just for them to hold onto it and return it later. That's food money.

              SPAMMER. Sent us a mailer that looks ******* official" with tear-off sides, to get us to be convinced it was something we just had to look at. Gave a call and found the agent very obnoxious. Constantly tried to talk over us. ADIOS!
