            I have been renting a tens unit from Zynex company since 2/3/2022 that was being charged to my ******** advantage plan monthly. I called in January of 2024 to cancel sending *********** because I have enough for 14 years!!!! I was then told they didn't have the correct billing information (insurance information) strange since they had been billing it since 2022. I gave it to them again along with my second insurance information which was a state ******** program. Well in 2/5/2024 the tried billing my ******** plan ******* for the entire unit !!!! Illegal billing practices and they were billing way too much for the supplies also, monthly to get more money from my ******** insurance illegal billing practices again!!!! I have researched this company after the fact and are outstanding lawsuits for this same practice illegal billing practices. I am not paying for anything, they did not bill correctly in 2022 it's not the patient's issue it's the company's!!Also I'm on social security disability, legally disabled by the ***************** this is insane for them trying to rebill a patient for their billing errors!!!
