I went in to buy a king size mattress and ******* was so professional and answered all my questions. He was patient with me as I hadnt bought a new mattress in over 18 years and so much has changed in the industry. It can be confusing to weigh all the pros and cons.I felt I left making the best choice possible. We cant wait to have the mattress delivered and enjoy a better nights sleep. The whole experience has been very disappointing. It took nearly 6 weeks to get my mattress. For cause, they shipped it to my local distribution center and then send it back to *********, ********* and I live in *************************. So that added an extra week. I've had the mattress only a few months. And it is already ripping at the same. And I have been informed by Denver mattress that it is not eligible for an exchange. never againReview from Tanner G

Let me start by saying we love our second couch however, it came damaged just like the first one, I'm just too tired of the process to ask for a replacement and the damage is not somewhere we usually see. My bigger issue is with the financing, it is completely screwed up and the monthly payment was supposed to be $83, went up to $114, and then $190, and now it is $233/mo! The financing was supposed to be for 6 years and keeps changing every bill cycle, from 6 years to 13 months to 5 years, and then the manager had the nerve to tell us it was never 6 years even though we have the original contract that says $83/mo for 6 years.They have done nothing but s**** up all of our payments and refunds. It is impossible to get anything fixed and a complete nightmare. We luckily have some flexibility with our budget but not everyone is like that.They asked us to call them and we keep calling the store but no one is answering. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN AND I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT TRUST THEIR FINANCING. Our payment is currently TRIPLE what we were told it would be and they have the gall to accuse us of not making our payments when you can clearly see at the top of all the statements we've sent him that they all say "PAID" at the top. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer, they are stealing from their customers, and we will be contacting our attorney and seeking punitive damages if this keeps up much longer.Review from samantha s

My senior parents went and bought a very expensive Mattress. I believe Denver Mattress took advantage of them and charged them $13,000 on a mattress that vibrates and goes up and down and came with sheets, pillows, and a mattress pad. I did my own research on what they had bought. At different mattress companies, the figure came out to be around $5,000 and below.I would never recommend Denver Mattress Company to anyone at all.Review from Leola N

The service has been below satisfactory, on the Mattress set my husband and I ordered. We were allowed one mattress during the trial period. However, the newer mattress was worse than the first. We are seniors near 80 years old and wanted to rest comfortably at this stage of our lives. When we requested another mattress change, we were told No they couldnt do that. We felt so disrespected. What ever happen to good customer service; especially towards seniors. At this point we just want our money back, and simply go back to a regular box spring and mattress.Review from Pamela M

I bought a Drs Choice Mattress 20 yrs ago and had no problems, I decided I would like a new one going into my senior yrs, widowed. So I purchased a new mattress and not a foundation as I had a good one and could only afford the 900. Mattress to begin with. The girl had me sign that the warranty was no good because I could not afford a new foundation that day. Within the first month I hear 4 loud springs pop in the bottom corner. In the 6th month and now I feel springs in my side and hip area in the center of the mattress. I feel like I roll to one side to stay away from the springs in the middle. So I contacted the store and sent in the required photos. I was reminded that I did not buy the foundation so no warranty, There was not enough sag {1.5" to 2"} and no wires poking out the middle of the mattress to warrant a trade. I was told to get several mattress protectors to put on. I already put a new moisture barrier cover on and a padded mattress cover with down feathers in it. The girl tried to tell me my previous mattress was more firm and this might be the problem. No lady you have three firmness I could be like ****** locks and tell you one was too cushy, one was too firm with a pillow top on it. I don't do pillow tops. I bought the same middle grade one I purchased 20 yrs ago. After this I will NEVER go to Denver Mattress againReview from David D

I bought a waterbed from here. They people installed 2 boards upside down and left have the screws out. They half ***** came and fixed and said they would come back to fix it. After agruing with them for 3 years said too much time had passed? Really? Oh OK. What should of been a great birthday present from my father has been a nightmare.Also installed so close to the one wall cant even access the bed. None of the drawers pull out far enough to be able to access them which I paid extra for to have drawers. Totally rip off. After years of fighting with the Furniture Row in Delta Township ** and the *********** *********** to big loss. I have to pay someone to finish the job. Oh and I did forget to mention I paid for set up too.At the VERY minimum should of refunded the set up fee. VERY disappointed in this company. From the looks of things I am not the only one that got shafted on set up.Review from Drew H

Wife and I ordered a bed frame from Furniture Row, along with a mattress and box spring. We live approximately an hour and a half from the store one way. We ordered the items and drove all the way to the store to pick it up. Only problem was the foot board was badly damaged from transport. No biggie. Ordered another one from them and came back a second time. Same result. Ordered another one, and well you can see the common theme. So, we thought maybe it was the specific bed style. Ordered another brand that cost a little bit more in hopes of not having a damaged bed. Again, we drive the listed distance there. The same exact result. So, we ask that the damaged items be directly shipped to our home, so we do not have to drive the same distance a fifth time. I miss work in order to be there when the items arrived. Items were damaged. Throw all of that in on top of not getting an explanation for the furniture being damaged from management. Crickets. So, we decide to have the items removed and reimbursed for the items. Was met with distasteful service and remarks. I come from a place that a handshake meant something, and that good quality is in fact GOOD Quality! Especially, the prices you pay for those items. My word will mean nothing to most, but just understand that I will never recommend or shop from this store again.Review from Mary Anne B
