I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by the law offices of Kennar and Pentuluga, located in ********** , **, or wherever they are located. I have been lied to so much Im not sure whom Im talking to anymore. Specifically on the 6th floor. Despite repeated attempts to make contact via telephone and email, I have been unable to speak with any attorneys regarding my case. ************************* reached out to me via email in December 2023, to which I responded promptly, but I have yet to receive a follow-up. Additionally, my attempts to reach ******************************* have gone unanswered. I have encountered significant difficulties in my attempts to communicate with the firm. I have been hung up on multiple times and have not received any callbacks. When I spoke with ********************** ****** today 01/22/2024 12:00 PM Eastern Time , she abruptly ended our conversation, and upon calling back, the receptionist informed me that she was unavailable. As a client, I find this treatment unacceptable and disrespectful. One of the associates informed me that they have been trying to reach me regarding a potential settlement for my lawsuit. However, despite my consistent efforts to make contact, I have been met with a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I have been a client of the firm for over three years, and I am concerned that the statute of limitations may soon come into effect. I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service I have received and find it to be unprofessional. I am eager to speak directly with my attorney or another individual in a position of authority to address these ongoing issues. Furthermore, I feel compelled to express my belief that ************ ****** Samandtha conduct is unacceptable and warrants serious attention.As a result of these ongoing issues, I am considering filing a formal complaint with the state bar (2nd Complaint) Moreover, I intend to deliver a written account of my experiences in person today.
