      All my pods damaged , died out and herb labels fell off on pods. Throwing in trash. No instructions to return

      I cannot even give them one star. Waited five days for a response and even then they did not read mmy email cause their response was not what I asked. Emailed them back and yet to hear from them. In the meantime, ordered a farm that was 50% off and even though my credit ** approved the transaction the order was put on hold and two days later it disappeared from my ac**unt online. No one responds. What is going on there?

      I purchased my Aerogarden from amazon. I informed them that I did not want a refund. I was hoping my item coins be repaired since it was a defective model when I purchased it. I did not receive 6 months of great times with this device. The one I purchased in 2018 is still kicking. I was informed that they would replace my item in July but the item went to **********. The second item was supposedly mailed and returned back to them. I have a PO BOX and was informed that my item would have been received and either put in a locker or held for me to receive it. I have not been ANYTHING but empty words that is not satisfactory. I purchased a new Aerogarden in July and have not opened it yet. I am unhappy with the customer service so my item will be returned today. I choose not to do business with Aerogarden. Why sell defective merchandise?
