I signed up with 253 Payment Pros 3 years ago. I was set up with Clover and it worked well during the Pandemic since it was portable. Very pricey for the unit and it was leased. We recently closed our business and my agent from 253 Payment Pros was headed to a meeting every time I called him and he said he would return my call. Never happened. My continued question was how do I handle the Clover equipment (return) and his response was . . . you can probably just throw it away. So if I took his advise and threw this equipment away, I would have been locked into the monthly lease payment or pay for the equipment outright. I was told that this equipment costs $600+. Very disappointed in the service after the initial signup. I liked having the Clover equipment, because it kept us open because the Machine was portable. We were able to bring the Card Machine to the vehicles and keep our customers safe during COVID. If you are looking for good customer service, I would advise you to look to a different company.Review from gia C

I use 253 payment pros in my small retail store and have had nothing short of a wonderful experience. The owner not only helped me set up my equipment for free, but taught me how to use apps on my clover device to help with things like inventory and employee tracking. I will say that clover charges for some of these apps, but theyre a separate entity.Review from Steven G

I loved working with Private Client Leasing and I will continue to do that as long as I have a use for their great services. They understood how every deal was important to me and gave me a peace of mind throughout the processes. They made sure they did whatever within their means to understand my needs. My profound gratitude to ***** ***** and the rest for their wonderful team effort in making sure that my deals were approved ASAP, and the funding too was swift. After the wonderful treatment I enjoyed using the services of Private Client Leasing, I recommend them to everybody; you will definitely not regret working with them, now or later in the future.
