I met with **** of APO Financial at least 3 times, where he assured me he would create a legacy plan for me and my family. I shared our personal financial information with him. After our last meeting, I waited and waited to hear from him, and decided to call and follow-up. His office staff got in touch with him and he called me, stating he had the plan drafted and would contact me to meet. That was October of 2023. I have yet to hear from him.**** is a very personable fellow, and I was very comfortable and confident he could and would help me and my family. Unfortunately, he seems to have forgotten about us. Even after my reminding him, he continues to forget. I recommend finding someone else to help with your financial planning, who has a better memory.Review from Tracy L

I think this is the worst company I have ever dealt. They lost me $10,000 in a matter of a week. This company got mad at me and dumped me as a client in the middle of my money being transferred. It took many hours and week to find where it was. In the mean time I lost $10,000 because the President of the company got mad at what I wanted to do and dumped me in an email. I want everyone I can find to be aware of these people. I could not believe how unprofessional these people are. I would leave no stars if it would let me.

The loss that ************** is referring to had nothing to do with the advice or management of her funds By APO Financial as APO Financial never managed any of her assets. The loss ***** L is referring to is the market value loss she incurred when she was transferring her account from her previous investment firm. The loss represented a 5% loss which is in line with the market drop from that week. The loss was at no fault of our doing. ***** L asked APO Financial for a second opinion about her financial plan. Our team created a new financial plan for ***** L and she decided to become a client of APO Financial. In order to become our client, ***** L needed to transfer her holdings with her previous investment firm to APO Financials custodian. As stated previously, this is when ***** L incurred the loss and that is the basis of this complaint against our firm. During the plan implementation process, ***** L notified us that she wanted to use her nephew to attempt to implement a portion of the plan we designed for her. We informed ***** L that in our opinion that was not in her best interest. We also informed ***** L that since it was obvious, she did not value our services that we felt it best that we do not work together. Our team diligently worked with ***** L to assist her move her money back to her previous investment firm.
