Although the sales and installation teams demonstrated professionalism, the service provided is currently experiencing some stability issues. Despite having subscribed to the service for less than a month, we have already encountered several lengthy outages during the day. If a reliable internet connection is vital for your work, I would advise against choosing this service. Consequently, I must now consider purchasing an additional internet provider, which will incur additional costs. Furthermore, it remains uncertain whether our sprinkler system survived the excavation process near our house.DirectLink Inc. Response

They put flags in our yards, even through my garden. They painted the lawn, even through my garden; they dug up the lawn and told us it would be a small hole, which it is not. They left exposed holes without any warning for people to break their legs while walking their dogs. They leave their stuff on the lawn. They have blocked my driveway 3x now so I can't enter or leave. All of this without my permission. HOW CAN THEY DO THIS TO OUR RESIDENCES WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION? They were supposed to give notice and secure permission but they did not; they think they can do anything they want and the sad thing is we can't do anything to stop these people! They are doing whatever they want to our properties so that they can make money. DO NOT SUPPORT DLBroadband!DirectLink Inc. Response

Directlink is installing fiber in our neighborhood. We marked our sprinklers as suggested, their crews paid zero attention to our markers and broke our sprinkler line. I have called 8 days in a row for a crew to come repair our sprinkler, they won't show up to fix our property. Every day I am promised a call back or someone to come out to fix our property.DirectLink Inc. Response

Apparently there was a mix-up regarding the address information we had on file, and our repair crews were attempting to go the wrong house. This company is coming into our neighborhood and ripping apart yards with absolutely zero notice or information. The company claims that they left flyers on doors but we never received one. We understand that they are permitted to do their work (though I can't find a permit with the county) but they should have the decency to send a formal letter and have a discussion with the home owners before just showing up. We had to ask multiple neighbors to even discover that it was DirectLink coming into our neighborhood.DirectLink Inc. Response

Directlink broadband internet has been working in my neighborhood for the past month. They have now disconnected my internet twice and my power once. Each time I have had something disconnected they are in my immediate area and it has affected my entire neighborhood.I work from home and have lost now three days of work. They dug up my yard without my knowledge nor permission for a service I did not ask for nor desire. They left a large, unsightly junction box in my front yard. I consider that they have ruined the attractiveness of my yard and reduced the value of my property.DirectLink Inc. Response

Destroying are neighborhood streets, cutting gas lines, phone lines, water lines while installing their fiber internet in our subdivision without any consultation with our HOA or residents. Fantastic experience getting fiber installed at my home. Top notch communication from construction to installation. Seamless process and you can't even tell they ran fiber lines from the street to my home. Technicians were professional and thorough. They provided me with additional wi-fi units for my house so the wireless signal is strong in every room, even the basement where my son's gaming xbox is located! Insanely fast 2 gig speeds - service is reliable, no buffering or lagging, and no outages! Totally works when I need it. Customer Service has been awesome - answered all my questions and helped me understand how to cut the cord from cable and how to watch my shows using streaming services, saving me so much money now over cable!Review from Sheree C.

This company is very crooked and scam artist. Their technicians are obnoxious. We have a $3 million dollar home and they installed a dish on our roof not fascia per our request and we now have holes in our roof. When we called to have it installed in a different location, they blamed us and have the audacity to charge us. Do not use this company!
