BIG MISTAKE.$150,000 theater room upgrade that still wont produce a full screen picture.Throughout the entire project ******* used his extensive knowledge and training in psychology to cajole and influence our decision. He went as far as to bring a bottle of whiskey over to get to know me better in order to use the information to his benefit. He originally demanded FULL payment for the equipment up front. After he asked for even more than the retail prices for the equipment I asked him why. His comment was something like How do you expect me to run my business without overhead. So he basically asked for $128,000.00 UP FRONT, which included most of his labor some of which has STILL never been done.In the beginning he only provide change orders which only amounted to you owe this much more with no accounting on them. I explained that this was not an acceptable way of presenting the amounts. When ******* met with us, he convinced us to go with higher end audio. We explained that the picture quality and size were our top priority and because my hearing is so bad an audiophile level system wasnt really required but we took his advice. ******* also convinced us that we need a high-end remote-control system. We mentioned that we would prefer to use an IPAD because of size. He still put in a tiny screen regular remote and controller. To date he still has never programmed it nor did he inform us that we were not allowed to program it for any changes, and we were required to call someone at $120.00 an hour for even minor changes.Now living with a 16:9 on a 2.40:1 screen.
