            I would like to file a complaint regards to Leanin' Tree Inc. wholesale division. My nonprofit organization open a account with this company so in the near feature we would buy wholesale cards for fundraising, and I was speaking with ***** the salesperson at first, I provided her with list of items i want to order but she said the minimum for new accounts is $300.00. I told her i will hold off from ordering and will email her to let her know when i am ready to place an order and this communication took place in December 2022. Today March 1, 2023, I got an email from the company invoice **** saying an order was placed last month, and it has shipped. I did not authorize ***** from Leanin Tree to place an order I informed her that I will be contacting her when time comes. When *** Arrives i will tell them i did not order this package and i will have them send it back and i will not be required to pay for the return shipping and the invoice.

            We have done business with Leanin Tree for many years. During this time we developed trust with our reps. *** trust was abused, and we were taken advantage of. This year, they spammed us with more cards then we would sell in 3 years, and sent me to collections for not paying for an unopened box. I thought I had sent the last box back. I sent them back via *** when I found them last week. Today, I received a letter from collections. As a healthcare provider during the pandemic, I was busy taking care of patients and overlooked sending back the cards until last week. *** rep was shady to send me the cards in the first place! The lady I spoke to today was unapologetic, said it was too late, and told me to talk to collections. She is keeping the cards too! Get cards made by a company that doesnt thrive by taking advantage of family owned small businesses.
