We sent a letter to a company we are doing business with. Garage Experts of the Front Range . *********************** ****** ******** *****. Owner/HeadCheese is *****. The salesman is Sterling. We believe there is a breach of contract. We have paid them plenty of money, (2/16/23 $3,500.00, 3/8 $1,536,00 and 3/7 $1,016.75) signed an online contract and it will be the 3rd time they pushed back the date of finishing the work in our garage. The date they are contracted to come and finish our garage is March 20th. But, they keep crying supply delays and pushed the date to April 14th. However my last conversation with ******** the salesmen told me they have a bigger job to do instead of finishing our garage. That was yesterday March 17th at 5pm. ******** said we couldn't cancel and danced around about how we would have to pay. We are requesting either to finish the job ASAP this March 2023 not on April 14th 2023 or we are cancelling the order for our cabinets. If this company can't deliver then it is a breach of contract and owe them nothing more.
