We had a minimal gas leak in our basement and called The Gas Connection to repair. The professionalism of this company was extraordinary, from beginning to end.*************************** was the service technician that came to our home. He was very courteous to give us a call before the appointment time to let us know he was on his way. This man is exceptional. I cant say enough about his knowledge and professionalism. ****************** worked his tail off. If we ever need this type of work done again we will not hesitate to call The Gas Connection. The Gas Connection has been servicing our fireplace since it was installed about 8 years ago. Service is quality, techs are professional and honest.We were sad to see ****** retire but **** has done a great job filling his shoes.Highly recommend!

We have used the Gas Connection for many services and home projects over the last several years. ****** was great with running new gas lines to our soon-to-be fire pit and bbq. He called us when he was 20 minutes away and was extremely courteous. ****** took time to explain the details of the install and was very knowledgable. Justin did an amazing job. We needed to replace a gas line that wasn't up to code. The work had to be done around an existing shed and garage. I was very happy with how clean things turned out. Would absolutely love for him to come out again next time we need help.Review from James O

Doug comes every year to clean and check our gas fireplace. He is very careful and always cleans up afterward. I like that he checks for gas leaks and for carbon monoxide to make certain our fireplace is safe to use.Review from Jonnie M

Doug reminded me that he has been servicing my fireplace for 7 years. I really like their early bird special -- I save $$ and have my fireplace ready for fall without worries. Doug is efficient and keeps me informed about the condition of my fireplace and what maintenance he has provided. I would not hesitate to recommend The Gas Connection.Review from Gerald S.

Doug is fantastic! Doug has been servicing our two gas fireplaces for years. We use the fireplaces a lot and Doug cleans and maintains them regularly. He is extremely knowledgeable and extremely detail oriented and meticulous about keeping things clean and preventing scratches. I can't say enough good things about Doug. The office staff is great too. When I scheduled my appointment I asked to be put on the cancelation list and was contacted a couple of weeks later and got my appointment moved up by two weeks. My husband and I do not mess with or attempt to solve gas or electrical issues, which means we often turn to the experts and Doug L. Really is an expert! Doug helped us with our two fireplaces and installing our grill conversion kit after replacing our exterior gas line that was covered in duct tape. Every time Doug comes he shares what he did, why he did it, and shows me how it is working. He is fast, efficient, and I couldn't recommend working with Doug enough! We look forward to having Doug out again in the future to help us make sure all our gas fireplaces and grill are safe!
