            We tried to use this business to install a fireplace in our home. I am on chemotherapy and immune compromised yet the technician who came to our home said he "had a problem" wearing a mask in my home. Glad we found a different vendor to use.

            Communication is a top priority for us and while we appreciate the opportunity to complete a project for anyone who schedules a free estimate, we were not informed prior of any special circumstances and therefore were not equipped with the necessary measures prior. The owner of our company, who completed the visit, was more than willing to schedule a separate visit at a later time with a mask but was declined and the door slammed in his face.

            I offered the representative a fresh N95 mask, which I always have on hand since starting chemotherapy. He did not have to be warned ahead of time and bring necessary equipment. I offered the only equipment that is needed for anyone to enter my home. When he said he was "not comfortable" wearing the mask I provided, I closed the door because it would not be safe for me to allow him to enter.

            Thanks so much for the response. Of course we value each and everyone of our customer's safety as well as our employees. Our employees are trained not to accept any safety equipment from any clients for liability reasons. Just as you want to remain safe, so do we want our employees.  Our door remains open for all our clients who begin with dignity, respect, and good communication about all expectations both personal and construction wise.
