      Every month have an issue with payments going through and when I told them I am Active duty and was away on training and have made the payment but it never took. "You didn't tell us you were in training, therefore too bad and since it's not our fault" this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with and I have multiple both business and personal. Worst customer service I have delt with in any institution/business. I'm taking my business else where.

      Filed a complaint to the **** and to Westerra for horrific discriminatory and demeaning customer service practices. Will be filing a complaint with:Consumer Financial Protection ******** Attorney General's Office.Office of the Comptroller of the Currency **** Securities and ******************* ************* Department of the Treasury I highly recommend filing a complaint with all these agencies. Westerra Credit Union needs to be shut down.

      I have been with Westerra since 2012 and their service used to be great. Not anymore, they have switched their app to some new digital platform that is worse then the last one! First off when they send you an email to tell you a new digital banking is coming but they never tell you to delete the old app and download a new one! So when you try to log in even with a new password the old app won't take it. I ended up calling and spent an hour with a gentlemen who did not know this either. Now that I am using the new app it SUCKS! It doesn't give you the transactions made that day or that week. What is the point of digital banking if you can't monitor transactions made from your checking account? It also only tells you whats available in your checking not the true amount in it. What is that about? It is off by $ ***** dollars, its my money it should ALL be available!! I am seriously thinking of moving my money to ******** Credit Union.

      When I lost my debit card and needed it replaced, I called and gave them all of the security info they would need. Then they want me to send a picture of my drivers license and I do. Then they say, "Can you send a selfie of you with the drivers license. Are you kidding me? I don't have time for this kind of foolishness. What if I didn't have a picture phone. It was all sorts of stupid. Then I need the PIN, they send it and it doesn't come. So I call again and wait ten minutes for the lady to find the code or confirmation or whatever-she can't find it. Shocker. So she says shed set me up with a new pin and could I call back to get it tomorrow after 11 am. Why, no, I freaking can't call back tomorrow! I have had nothing but these kind of issues with Westerra over the couple of years. I am currently looking at moving my money elsewhere.
