    ASA Flooring started an LVP installation in my condo on 8/25. At the end of the day on 8/26, the owner texted me to let me know that I would need to order more materials for them to return to finish the job. After getting the original quote, on 8/4, I called and spoke with the owner by phone to confirm how much material I should order. During the call I sent him a pre-invoice that listed the name of the product and the pieces that the manufacturer offered and he confirmed how much material I should order. However, on 8/31, he said by email that it was my fault that I didn't order enough material because they did not know the product I wanted to use at the time of the quote, and so were unable to verify the yield.He agreed by text on 8/29, that if I confirmed by the end of the following week that I would have the materials, they would finish the job on 9/6. I confirmed by text on 9/2 that the materials arrived and would be present at my condo on 9/6, however, ASA Flooring did not show up to finish the job on 9/6. On 8/27, he also agreed over text that they would remove the trash from my driveway while I waited for the materials to arrive. However, the trash was never removed, and I have been unable to use my garage since then because two dumpster bags were placed completely blocking my driveway.On 9/7, I reached the owner by phone and he agreed that they would finish the job on 9/9 if possible, but if not possible then they would complete it on 9/12. He said he would confirm either way by the end of the day. He did not confirm by the end of the day and I was unable to reach him by phone the following day. ASA Flooring did not show up to complete the job on 9/9 and did not show up on 9/12. I have been unable to reach the owner since 9/7. I have consistently reaching out by phone to ASA Flooring 10 total times since 8/26, but have only been able to speak with the owner once. I do not know when they will return to finish the job.
