Today I called this company to set up a payment arrangement, When I asked for an arrangement that I could pay the employee on the phone called me names yelled at me and threatened to take me to court. I listened to her yell for 10 minutes. She then refused to take any amount of money that I could pay on this debt. I understand I owe a debt but using profanity and yelling makes the situation worse. She had zero professionalism. This is a horrible company.

The conversation with our representative took place on a recorded line. The representative was professional throughout the entire call. She did not raise her voice, "yell", use profanity, or make threats of any kind. In addition, there was no mention of court and no refusal to accept payment. In fact, our representative offered three payment options. The payment option selected was to make a set payment monthly; the first to be paid on September 19th, and all remaining payments on the 2nd of each month thereafter. Due to a history of previous payment not clearing the bank, our representative stated she would accept the first payment on 9/19 as soon as she receives confirmation that the money needed to cover the payment is deposited in the account. The account holder stated she anticipated receiving money on Saturday the 17th. It was agreed the account holder would call our representative on Monday the 19th to confirm the money was received, deposited, and payment would clear. Our representative flagged the account and will be awaiting the confirmation call.
