I keep getting phone calls from this company(LCS financial) threatening that they are going to come to my job or my home with a notice of intent. I am not past due on bills and don't owe anyone any money so this makes no sense. Every time I call the number back they refuse to give me any information without giving personal info first which I refuse to do. But they just keep calling leaving messages saying they have paperwork on their desk from someone who has filed a claim against me and if I don't call back I am admitting my guilt. So if anyone can give me any info on this it would be much appreciated. The number I have been given to call back is *********************

Our office takes compliance very seriously and any employee that engaged in the behavior described would be terminated. We do not own or use the phone number provided in the consumer's review. We have had issues in the past with a company using the name LCS Mediation or just LCS that appears to engage in the type of behaviors described and have reported it to multiple states' attorneys general. Recently, we have also been made aware this company may be using the name *************** Services or a shortened version of our name as just LCS Financial. We are not affiliated with any of these companies and have made attempts to locate them as we believe they are violating our trademark. We encourage investigation into this company, as we believe they do pose a danger to consumers. If the consumer continues to believe this office is contacting her and would like to provide additional information about the dates and times at which she received the calls, we are happy to investigate further. At this time, as it does not appear we have a file for the consumer, we have no reason to contact her and will not do so absent her request for additional information.

This business called my phone for debt that my husband supposedly incurred before we were married. They left a voicemail message saying that if he didn't pay up they would issue a judgment that would affect his bank account and employment. Truth is, they are just a ***************** collection company that has no right to do anything of the sort. I called back to see why they kept calling. The *********** ******* wouldn't give me any information about the phone call until I verified information about my husband, which I didn't. She kept interrupting while I was trying to talk and eventually ended up hanging up on me. The second person I talked to, although he gave me information as to why they were calling (which they are required to do by state law), was incredibly rude and even went as far as to insult my personal life and tell me the "right" way and "wrong" way to perceive things. He also interrupted me several times while I was trying to talk and got very offended because I told him he and the first lady were rude. He said that's the same as calling him names that I won't even repeat on here. His language and attitude was incredibly offensive and this business need to go to h***

This place called and left a voice mail on a family members voicemail telling them this was a message for me and that if I didnt contact them they would issue a court order affecting my bank accounts and employment I have never received any correspondence from them and dont appreciate them blasting my personal business on someone elses voice mail!!
