      My experience:* I submitted 10 coins for grading and slabbing * When the coins came back, one appeared to have moisture inside the slab * I informed them, and they told me to send it back for correction * I HAD TO PAY (~$10) to send the coin back to them so they could FIX THEIR ERROR * When I got the coin back, the documentation admitted they made minor errors * I asked for a refund/credit for my PAYMENT to mail the coin back to them (Why should I have to pay so they can fix their mistake?)* In my final communication with them, it was obvious they were not even reading my emails I will NOT be using their services again.

      Problems with Service and lack of communication 11/10/2021: where 10/29/21 submission form () and the 14 coins submitted with it?I submitter 10ea. **** P $1 1oz Silver Eagles all MS69 NGC and 4 other coins on 0ct 29, I was informed by Mr. ***** that I should receive a notice of receipt of the submission by THIS **MPANY on Nov 4 (there was no notice).On Nov 6 I informed our coin club President about this matter that no matter how many times I email or called THIS **MPANY and Mr. ****** they never responded to any of my communications of 4 phone calls and 3 to 4 emails to their **************** they still have made no effort to contact me. (there was 3 calls from ** but they hung up by the third ring) He said that Mr. ***** should have never told me that THIS **MPANY was going to contact by Wednesday Nov 4, when In fact it take up to 2wks for THIS **MPANY to contact us. And said that THIS **MPANY and Mr. **** actions seem very questionable and I dont understand why Mr. ***** was misinforming you as doe he wanted you to mistrust THIS **MPANY and complaint about and in turn they would lower the grading of you coins from MS69 to lower because you complaining about them. I said wow you might be right I better Have THIS **MPANY return my coins! he agreed So because of the questionable actions by THIS **MPANY I came to The Better Business Bureau website to see if there was any complaints against THIS **MPANY for poor service and there 3 complaints 1.On 04/04/2019: Problems with Product/Service 2.On 02/19/2019: Problems with Product/Service 3.On 01/03/2019: Problems with Product/Service and Then on 04/05/2019 *************** Rep said this However, I had been a huge fan of ***** in the past, since I have sent them several orders for grading AND have purchased many ***** graded coins that are in my collection. I have even visited the ***** office in Englewood (I was born and raised in **************** and graduated from CC). This bad experience with my foreign coins will likely mean that I will stop using ***** as my preferred coin grading service. I don't understand how ***** can travel the country attending coin shows ******** and Gettysburg this weekend) to increase their business, but at the same time provide such slow service. I would suggest they shift their grading resources to fast turnaround time versus extensive travel.So due to the preponderance of evidence of the history of THIS **MPANY Problems with Services and Lack of responding to communications with customer and the statement by *************** Rep I am requesting that the *************** forward this complaint to THIS **MPANY and for THIS **MPANY to return all my 14 coins without grading or opening the containers by NGC and mail them back to me and I will paid for mailing fees/charges for mailing me my 14 coins in the 10/29/21 THIS **MPANY submission form () and the 14 coins submitted.
