    Back in Oct. 2021, we contacted the business, Foothills Kitchen & Bath, to come out to my house to inspect my bedroom closet doors. An employee, *****, came out & took pictures and said he would get a new heavy sturdy track for the closet doors as the doors are very heavy (not hollow doors). He said he would have to search for a track, get it, & search for someone to install it. Each ************** my 85 year old mother would be constantly calling them. ***** would make excuses such as I'm making house calls and would get back to her. Never did. We have to keep calling them. Ongoing through Thanksgiving, **************** Year's holiday, still nothing. Then in Jan. 2022, when we called, they tell my mother that another guy would be helping out. His name is ******. So, we waited for Hunter to call & that took weeks. Finally Hunter came out to my house to do it all over again - inspect, measured, took pictures, etc (like ***** did in Oct. 2021). I asked Hunter where is *****? He wouldn't say. Suspicious. Hunter said that he would have to search for a sturdy strong track for the closet doors and said he'd email ******* mom. This was about 2 weeks ago. To this day, March 21st, 2022 - still have not heard from Hunter. Nothing was done. Excuses - making house calls. Fine, why not call my mother?? Sounds fishy here. Now this has been happening since Oct, 2021 - it is now 5 months, almost 6 months when we get into April, nothing was done. I can't move my closet door to get m clothes!!! What I want from them - they need to get their **** moving and stop making excuses. Also I want free labor. I am appalled at their customer service. This is very bad customer service & lack of trust. I'd be willing to pay for the parts, but I want free labor. I waited for 5 months and still waiting. This is bad business. Thank you, *********************************
