*****'s Stables: ****** ******* With prices rising and our need for an indoor horse arena we contacted Metal Building Outlet and ******* earned the right for our business, in a matter of hours, or maybe a few days we struck a deal. I have dealt with many suppliers and ******* was the best at communication and facts. I know it was his team, but he was the point of contact for specifications and pricing. We had ******* reprice several months later and price escalated 20% which proved we made a good deal. Metal Building Outlet held the original price which included engineering drawings and engineered foundation drawings. When it came to the foundation, we did not like the plan provided and ******* was able to redesign to meet our specification (concrete forms vs drilled piers) at no additional cost. Building was delivered two weeks late (acceptable). We discovered that we were missing the translucent panels and gutters. Once notified ******* and team provided at no additional cost to us and did everything, they were capable of, to deliver as quickly as possible. The total project started in March with delivery in August and Occupancy Permit issued in December. The 100 X 200 building only took 3 weeks to erect. The majority of the construction time included foundation, electrical, water, spray foam insulation, interior pipe rails and doors. We are still waiting on our sign for "*****'s Stable Arena" and hope to have installed by the new year.Metal Building Outlet knows what they are doing and are trustworthily. Down payment was reasonable, and pricing was competitive. We look forward to having the opportunity to work with them in the future.
