I was told this was a quick and easy bathroom remolding project that would take approximately a week to compIete. I gave Re Bath a $4200.00 cashiers check on or about July 18, 2023. Several weeks went by, with no contact from anyone from this establishment. I reached out to ***** from rebath and told her I would like a refund, I was unhappy with the way things were going. I had to leave a message very seldom did I get a person on the phone. The next day when ***** returned my call she was unhappy with me because I said I wanted a refund. She asked me why? And suggested I use the money on a different bathroom when I told her I just would like my money back. I could tell by her tone, she was unhappy because I told I would just like to have my money back and forget this ever happened.? ***** said to me I dont know about that, maybe we can give you some of your money back but not all of it, she said I will see. She hung up the phone and I have not heard from her or anyone from the company since. I would like my money back, with interest at this point. Your assistance with this matter is appreciated.
