This shop is amazing, the staff are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly but don’t expect them to sugar coat anything when it comes to quotes for the work that needs to be done. They will tell you exactly what the problems with your vehicle are and the cost of labor and parts, but they can work with you to find cheaper parts, prioritize your repairs if you can’t afford to have them fix everything immediately, and they offer both an excellent credit card and very generous financing options if you need help with paying for repairs. They have always showed that their upmost priority is the safety of the vehicles occupants, followed by providing excellent customer service. Turning a profit is their lowest priority as evidenced by their parts and repair warranties and the fact that they have repaired over a dozen tires that we purchased from them during the decade that we’ve been in the state and have never been charged a dime for it. They offer free warranties on the labour as well but don’t expect to ever use them, they get the job done right the first time, every time.
