I purchased a 2016 Suburban from this dealership back in September. I was told that the vehicle had been thoroughly gone over by a mechanic and it was in great working order, it was supposed to have been detailed and the oil changed. I brought the check from my bank. They didn't have me sign anything. The interior of the vehicle is a complete mess! Melted candy in cup holders, vomit on the back of one of the seats. It took me over 10 hours to detail this vehicle to get it to where it should have been at time of delivery!! Not to mention that when we pulled the cabin air filter (I was told it was replaced) it had a mouse nest the size of a softball! I had to decontaminate the vent system and clean it all out. That took over 2 hours plus the costs of the cabin air filter and the engine air filter ($65). It has electrical problems due to the mice. I was told that the tires were in great shape, I took it over to Discount Tire in ****** and asked them to rotate the tires as it was riding rough. They came back and told me that all of my tires were too worn to rotate, they would all need to be replaced($1700). They told my front struts were completely shot ($1500). Then I had to replace the front brakes as the driver's side front was metal on metal ($1200). Later, I was driving down I-25 and the vehicle completely shut down in the fast lane for 5 minutes! I went to the *** in November to get my license plates but there was NO record of the vehicle sale or that I had purchased it because the dealership never sent in the documents!! My bank, ENT ********** ever!) got it figured out. Found that the dealership didn't have me sign any documentation regarding the sale at the dealership. Once she got all the documents from the dealership, she had to overnight the title to me so I could sign it as the purchaser. I FINALLY got my title complete notice on December 15th. The *** charged me a $50 late fee because my temp tags had expired. Dealership is unresponsive.
