      Bought car on 2/5/22. I didn't receive the purchase paperwork until three days after we purchased car. I was STUNNED to see a $599.00 fee for "Recovr"! I was STUNNED to see a $995 fee for "Theft" (I still have NO clue what this is for)! I had to fly to ***** on business, so I was out of pocket and couldn't reach out to SAG to find out what these charges were for. I finally emailed Lon/Finance Mgr on 3/31/22 & told him we wanted a refund of the Recovr fee. I received NO reply. I called on 4/7/22 & very briefly spoke with *** (who , in turn, told me that I should speak with Lon - I told *** that I did email Lon the prior week but hadn't heard back from him - so *** transferred me to Lon. I told Lon that we wanted a refund of the Recovr fee - he played dumb & said he'd never been asked for a refund like that, so he'd have to talk to the Owner (who was conveniently "out of town until the following Monday or Tuesday"). I emailed Lon the following day, putting my refund request in writing. I never heard back from anyone. I followed up with an email to Lon on 4/19/22 telling him I've been trying to get the refund since 3/31/22 and that it's not fair to keep us hanging this whole time. I never heard back from anyone. I'm disgusted with this dealership - they add fees to your purchase without mentioning it. As we got up and were leaving his office (4 hrs. purchase), Lon mumbled something that we didn't want our cell phones going off all weekend, so he wasn't adding our cell phone #'s until we got the car. We were very puzzled & had NO clue what he was talking about - as it turns out, that was related to the $599 Recovr fee that he told us NOTHING about! We didn't know about it until we glanced through the paperwork later. Dealerships should NOT add *************** to your contract without going over it with you. I called Recovr on 4/7/22 and they said that they couldn't help me with the refund - because it was the Dealership who added it.

      The truest definition of a scam if I ever saw one. My dad bought a car from them after an accident a few months ago. Had a new job after years of searching, one that he very much needed. He was drawn in by their pro-veteran talk and because, well, one should expect some kind of honesty! Their Platte location in COS has shown that it doesn't care about vets. It just wants its money and a signature so it can hide behind its paperwork. Even the repairs it would cover were done poorly and their was no almost communication. The car they sold him worked well for maybe a week or two. From what I've found, it's their MO. All that stuff about being voted the best is bunk from where I'm standing. Avoid it at all costs. I'm hoping that my dad will go through with legal action. I'm certainly encouraging him to. Or at least informing the authorities about this company's games. Incredibly unethical, and I hope my dad's experience helps others avoid this kind of situation.
