My mechanic and I test drove a vehicle at this dealership. A few days later I began making offers and negotiations via email. I emailed them 9 times that day. The next morning, ******, the owners son, said they had dropped the price to my last offer. If I wanted it, he would take it off the Internet. I emailed him "I'll take it". I also called the dealership and pressed prompts to ******************* No one answered, but I could, and did, leave a message I would buy the vehicle at that price. I followed up a short time later with another call. This time ******, the owners son, answered the phone and for the third time I told him I'd take the vehicle. It was understood I would be in before closing time that day to do paperwork. A few hours later they emailed me they had sold the vehicle to someone else. I have all the emails to prove what happened. If they dispute this complaint, remember, I have it all documented with emails.

They are the shadiest people Ive ever dealt with. I was referred to them by an Attorney that I spoke with. Im having some financial issues and was without a car. I called and spoke with ******* who was very nice and understanding at the beginning. Im a single arent who barely gets by. When I was talking with her I was very candid about my situation. I was very adamant about having a vehicle that was reliable and not going to have issues that I would have to fix. She said we dont sell piece of sh&&t cars but she knew that I desperately needed a car and took advantage of my vulnerability and unloaded a car that was going to be difficult to sell onto me. Not only is it the top car stolen in ****** which I did not know, it has electrical issues. The power locks dont work, the radio light stays on and drains the battery so I have to constantly have it jump started. I had a hard time insuring it and had to pay a lot to do so. Im mad at myself for trusting her and get company. She was made aware immediately that the owner locks did not work as was her son. The battery died the third day I had it. I called her and she said it was he cold. I thought that might be true but it kept happening and when I contacted her she either ignored me or tried to say I left something on which I did not. She has ignored me, been rude and made know real effort to make any of this right. She texted me Monday and asked if I could bring it in Tuesday but I could not but told her I was off on Friday. I have heard nothing from her. She also tried to say the car was fine when they sold it. Someone there had to know the power locks did not work. Unless they never locked it. There is no way she could know there was not an electrical problem unless she drove it everyday. Thats because the radio panel light stays on. Im so disgusted and dissapointed. She has no interest in fixing any of this and now I feel stuck. This is the last thing I need and Im not sure what to do.
