      Seems I should have checked BBB before buying here. I was in a different financial position and was trying to purchase a car with a small or no monthly car payment. The sales consultant stated this would look bad on my credit report and to finance longer instead. I then stated I wanted to take the car to my own mechanic to be looked at. The dealership swore up and down that their mechanics had it covered and the car might sell before I could get it to another mechanic anyway. Fast forward 3 weeks. The A/C is out. The dealership also called me at this time to say that I needed to come resign the finance paperwork because the company they were working with was stealing their money. I let them know I was out of town and they continued to call and text me knowing I was out of state and had no way to come in. Upon going in the consultant made passive commentary about how long it had been and thanked me for finally coming in. Luckily, it was this commentary that landed me an upgraded warranty as I threatened to return the car due to the A/C issue. I had to use the warranty 6 times over the course of a year. Even the mechanic said the dealership clearly left repairs for me to find later. Including the warranty coverage the repairs are up to around $6k and the car was only $10k total! After a year of constant trips to the shop, I emailed the general manager asking him to work with me to take the car back or cover the rest of my loan due to my treatment and the clear indication that this cars maintenance was neglected prior to selling to me. The manager stated after this long this was clearly normal wear and tear and they are not liable for anything. I could put more detail here but Im running out of characters.All dealerships are crooks, but definitely watch for this one.

      November. Agreed on a sales price with shipping included.January. Salesperson tries sending me the shipping bill.I was overcharged $1000 on the initial sales price. Called finance. No answer.Called ****************, director. No answer. Left a few voice-mail. No answer. Temp tags are expired and lien company has not received title from dealership.

      Steer clear of this business. I went in and heard some very disgusting, sexist language from the Manager, ***********************. I couldn't believe that he would treat his staff like he did when he thought no one was there to witness it. My salesperson was very alarmed as well and said that was just the tip of the iceberg for immoral and unethical business practices that are tolerated within the McDonald dealerships. If you are a woman or care about how women are treated, go to buy a car somewhere else. And for the employees: it's time to speak up.

      BUYER BE WARE, McDonald Audi of Littleton are bait and switch artists and terrible customer service. 2015 Audi lost power, the service department quoted $180 to diagnose the problem. They did not say it starts at $180 and could go up. Had the car towed there. They looked it over and said it looks like the timing belt may have jumped a tooth and that it will cost another $1,100 to disassemble the top end of the engine to diagnose, and if it is the timing belt it would be around $4,000 to fix. I said I wanted the car back for a second opinion. They said it would be $220 to get it back because of shop fees. This was not quoted or approved. After talking to 3 people and a day later they agreed to accept the $179 I WAS QUOTED. I took it to another shop, they found the catalytic converter had failed and was closed up. They put a new converter in for $1,500 and it fixed the problem. I tried to get a hold of a manager 3 times no return call so I asked for a refund from Visa who after showing what happened they refunded the money. 3 months later a collection company is after me. I explained the situation again. I left 2 more massages at McDonald even asking to talk to Mr. McDonald and no calls. Now my credit is getting dinged. Worst customer service ever. They are dishonest and are trying to make me pay for there mess up. I will be talking to my attorney this week to possibly seek damages.
