            When I leased my jeep, I bought and insurance that I was told it would cover everything and anything exterior and interior hence, paying for an extra insurance. I was told that any damage to the paint or interior of the vehicle would be covered as long as I notified them. A rock cracked my windshield and damaged the paint and the rear window is oxidized (the defrost wire part). I just called the insurance as told by a rep. at Autonation who said, call and they will get it fixed, you have the appearance protection. I just call (spoke to *********** who said my damage to the paint and the rear window is not covered. I Would not have bought the extra insurace. Please help! mz

            Sales team is great. Recently bought a new Jeep and our advisor was very helpful and went the extra mile. Service team is another story. We own a **** Jeep that we brought in for recall work and oil change. The vehicle left barely running with a check engine light on. Spoke with my service advisor who stated "it came in that way/nothing we did caused this."We have owned this Jeep since it was new and done 99% of the maintenance at a local mechanic and never had an issue. The service department will not accept responsibility unless THEY can determine it was an issue caused by them but told us we are not allowed to have it assessed elsewhere. Very shady to say we can't get a second opinion/they have to look at it so they can claim they weren't responsible for the issues. 5 Stars for the Sales team. 0 Stars for Service
