Hello when I bought my condo I also bought a parking space. I am a older woman and I no longer drive so my daughter and my son use the parking space when dropping off groceries, visiting etc. ************** here is now giving my daughter a ticket every time she uses the space. If buying the parking space when I bought the condo doesn't allow my family members to use the space ot was a waste of money. I feel like I am being targeted by the new management. They have also been trying to take away my designated time to wash clothes my neighbor in 8D always comes down early and tries to bully out of my time, he has his clothes on the machines an hour before I am done. ************** appears to be on his side by requesting I give up an hour. I would like an investigation into Windsors Gardens HOA, every year the fees increase dramatically and I feel they are only targeting elderly minorities as indicated in the above complaints.Thank you,***************************** for ***************************** resident of Windsor Gardens.

My mother has been living at Windsor Gardens for over 4 years now and she is very displeased in how the administrative office and the Community Response Team has been treating her and her family. She is home mostly and can not participate in all the activities and meetings, because of her mobility and health issues. She purchased her condo and now the administration is trying to take her parking space to give to others in the complex. She owns the condo (fully paid) and the parking space came along with the condo in her Deed. One of the staff members from the ************ called to say that others needed the space if she was not going to use it. We explained that the parking space is being used by her care givers (family) for all of her needs. They now they want to give the family members tickets saying that they are visitors and cannot park in the garage because they are guess because others in the complex want the space. Windsor Gardens from our reading of the contract do not own this parking space. But they want to harass (pressure and intimidate) the family and owner of the condo to not park so they can give the space to someone else who does not live in her condo. We have argued about this situation from November of 2021. Recently they are now giving out warning tickets and will continue until they try and get their way. We are now seeking legal advice. Additionally, on two occasions the elevators have been not working and we have had to walk up 4 floors to take our groceries to get to the condo. Because my Mom cannot walk the 4 flights we had to take her somewhere else until they fixed the elevator. There is not a certificate posted to tell if the elevators have been serviced or seen for their safety inspection. The elevator shuts on the seniors within 4-5 seconds and some seniors are on walkers and it can shut on them. The main office sends out notices that they will replace the smoke detectors but no one ever came to replace them. Stay away
