            I have an ice field outside of my condo 5 ft wide by 8 feet long. There is one also outside my neighbor's condo th e same size. It is very dangerous and someone might fall and get hurt. This company is the management company for Park Hill ******* ***. They are supposed to do repairs and maintenance. They have not resolved this issue and it has been going on for years now. I have received threatening mails from them. They threatened to fine me $35 for a duplicate maintenance request. I filed the second maintenance request as they have not fixed the problem. The gutters are leaking and need to be repaired. The person that writes these emails will not identify him or herself. I am older and afraid I will slip and fall and break a bone. I have tried in the past to go to the *** to complaint but they have not helped me either. The resolution I would like is for the gutters leaking water outside my condo and my neighbor's condo to be fixed. Thank you.
