I would not recommend this company. Make sure you listen, take notes, ask questions and get the warranty in hand before you move forward. This will allow you to make an informed decision as we did when the spoken words don't match what is in writing. We chose not to move forward and disappointed in who we dealt with outside of the office manager. She was genuine and helpful. We went elsewhere with a company we can trust. Tom LaNeve

Signed contract on 23 Sept. 2022 for 2 doors. Still have not received storm door. On 8 Mar. 2023, wrong door delivered due to salesman putting wrong product code on contract. On 20 Mar. 2023, another door delivered. WRONG door AGAIN. Second door ordered by someone in their "ordering department." There was a 12 to 16 week or more for delivery of doors. Due to their errors we are now in the "or more" part of the delivery. This is so unacceptable and we still are waiting for the correct door. No apologies or discount offered because of the aggravation this company has caused us. One day I tried to open the door that they left on (first wrong door) and it would not open. I went outside with a key and it wouldn't open it. Called the office and they contacted a "construction manager"; he called and said he had to find someone. Around 4 p.m. two people showed up, one of whom was the General Manager's son. He told me his father would not give a discount but did say the door they left costs more than what we ordered. So we are due an adjustment on the pricing. I feel that almost 7 months is ridiculous for a storm door and all they do is blame the company who makes the doors (******) for the delay. Sorry, ****** never sent the WRONG doors, Window World is the culprit in the delay. And we, the customers, suffer for their ineptness. There are other window and door companies out there, so please beware of this company whose customer service is just about non-existent. I do not want to see anyone else go through this aggravation. By the way, this is how they treat seniors and a disabled veteran. The BBB rating is A+ because reviews and complaints are not taken into account. So please be careful when choosing a company.

3 weeks ago we spent $2400 to have a 2 window casement window installed by Window World of Delmarva. The evening after installation we discovered neither of the 2 windows would close. It was immediately clear the installers did not try the windows for proper operation before they left. The next day I called Window World and since then I have been lied to about follow-up phone calls, been promised things that have not happened, and received nothing close to getting a remedy to fix the problem. To make matters worse, each person I have spoken to has no clue what the previous person has done or said with respect to the situation. Unfortunately, since we signed the purchase contract for this window we have spoken with 2 others in our area who had equally awful experiences with Window World of Delmarva and if they had known we were considering them they would have told us to avoid Window World of Delmarva at all costs. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Window World says "they stand on their warrenties" they don't. My husband and I purchased 5 windows and a new storm door in September of 2019, My husband and I just purchased our 1950's home and it needed new windows and a new back storm door. We also purchased new special siding which cost 1775.00 for the front of our home. We pd up front 2674.50. when job was completed we had a balance due of 2332.50. total job was 5349.00. They came out on 11/18/2019 to start job. We never received a call that they were coming out and we explained that we wanted only 2 winedeows at a time installed so we could pay off windows a few at a time. When they came out on 11/18/2019, no one was home. They installed all windows and back door. They were leaving and was about to leave a bill of 2740.00 balance due. When my husband and I got home to see they men leaving our home. One of the workers said they were done and I needed to sign agreement and pay balance. I stated no one called us to let us know they were coming now I fine out they installed all windows and put siding up. The man said he had to come back out to finish siding and back door installation . and wanted to leave his equipment in our garage. What could I say. he ended up coming back 2 weeks later. He said he had been very busy and couldn't get back until then. He was with another man. They got here around 11am. I watched them as they put back door on and finished siding. That took around 2 hrs. I saw the back door being put on and was very upset that the man cut our my existing door frame and hammererd in and cut pieces of our frame. It looked awful, I said this to him. He said he needed to come back and finish it. I am not a contracter but it looked like someone was trying to make it fit.....I immediately called the company and was told it would be fixed. The next day the same man came out and was pissed that I complained. He again started banging the new door. He left. door not fixed., he also took the remaining box of siding that he put in our garage. After several weeks I called and wanted to know when someone was going to fix door. the secretary was clueless....She said she was going to report this and send out someone to check out what was wrong with back storm door. A couple of days later someone did show up but didn't fix problem, he said he would have to report it. He did say they needed to order a new door that would fit the opening. The one we had was not correct size. The man took several pictures and left. All this time we were making payments on balance and pd it off on 10/09/20 in full. still no new back storm door., and when I mentioned our siding I was told the man who installed it was fired. I pd for this where is the remaining siding. I have visited several times to Window World to ask where is my door going to get fixed and they keep sending someone to check it out without anything being done about it as of this date 4/29/2021.
