We had ordered a front door with side lights and transom in December 2021. We were told it would be ordered and manufactured and installed in February. The company lacks all communication skills. As the customer, we were the ones to be constantly checking in on the status of our door as February came and went. Now the supply chain is the issue. Checked in with the company from March through July (because they don’t communicate). Finally, schedule a date of installation for August 12th (scheduled day off from work to accommodate this). We call the morning of installation to get an estimated time of arrival of door and crew. They can’t come out today, there was “a screw up” and you will have to accept our apology. I called to try to talk to someone who might care but kept getting looped around to the same few people despite multiple phone numbers dialed. Asked to speak with someone above the supervisor of our project (who really had a “I just want to get you off the phone”attitude) and I was told the owner of the company doesn’t take phone calls. Wow, what a way to run a business. Door was finally installed Monday August 16th. So glad it’s over with. Will never use this company again. All because the customer service and lack of communication. I can understand the supply chain excuse to a point, but with that, understand that you need to keep your customers informed along the way. I truly feel like they didn’t care about me as a customer or my project, and if I hadn’t kept calling and basically managing my own project, I may have still been waiting.
