In response to your complaint.
1. You live in a rental, which is owned by Ashburn Rentals not Ashburn Homes.
So, Ashburn Homes has nothing to do with your complaint.
2. The 7 day notices you received were on complaints we received about noise at your home. Which is a city of Dover noise ordinance violation.
3. And smoking in your house which are lease violations.
4. Complaints have been received by multiple neighbors.
We are trying are to look out for the health and safety for the whole community and our residents.
